Pack Coolers Work
How do I prepare my lunch and dinner to keep it cool and safe during the day?
Without the use of chillers Lunch ugly, etc. .. I run to school every day 6 km, then after school I eat and then run the house, or I go to work … I am also training three days per week after school. So, I pack things like peanuts, cottage cheese, subs, salads, vegetables, etc. .. Mostly things that cold foods do not need much preparation. I thought about using an ice pack and put next to my containers (Im going to things like packing in Tupperware containers). Would this work? Also I would worry about my containers coming open in my backpack while I run? Solutions please:)
Freeze a couple of bottles of water. I would like to open First, remove a couple of ounces or you might have a problem when you open them. You have your cold drinks as they thaw. I saw containers Breakfast available this part of the package is a freezer pack itself. Check Brylane Kitchen or Tupperware. They also have containers with straps plastic to prevent the cover from being released. Good luck. They have insulated lunch bags available research now, too.
